You control your data
Tenflex does not automatically send your customer data to an AI model. The AI connection only works when you enable it and within the permissions you grant. You decide which AI service to use, which data it can access and which actions it can perform.
Permission controlled
The AI connection cannot exceed the user’s existing Tenflex permissions.
Optional
Using the AI connection is not mandatory. Users or organizations can choose to enable it.
Revocable
Users can terminate the connection and revoke access permissions.
Data processing, retention and usage by your chosen third-party AI service are subject to that provider’s policies.
